Greetings everyone! MovieMusicMania.com has been going strong for a few months now (since June) and I just wanted to say thank you to all my new and returning readers. It's been great having a responsive audience, and I'm really appreciative of everyone who's reached out to me since June, from composers, to other reviewers, to, as Stephen King would say, my constant readers. There's no better motivation to keep writing than being read.
I've been plugging away at this Odyssey for a few months now and it seems like the right time to make the jump. I'm greatly indebted to Kaya Savas of FilmMusicMedia.com for his advice and everyone in the Twitter "score party" that has thus far been very welcoming to me.

No plans here to get a big crew together to run this site, but I'm happy to announce Mr. Kyle Brassil's new contribution as a guest reviewer for the site. He'll be taking care of many of the animated film reviews, but I'll still hold monopoly on the score reviews. Happy listening!
Just wanted to let everyone know... I've made a few changes to the site. I had to take down the Man of Steel review and re-upload it but that was for the greater good: the site has now been optimized to allow comments and likes/tweets on all reviews! Hopefully this will help the site be a bit more interactive and build a bit of a community around it. Also, I just uploaded my newest review: Star Trek Into Darkness.
Just finished registering www.moviemusicmania.com as a domain name! No more .weebly.com! Now, at least, Movie Music Mania seems a bit more official. Anyway, just saw World War Z so I'm hoping to have a new review up soon.
After many years of pondering the idea but never putting it into action, I have finally created this website for friends both web-based and otherwise to share in my passion for film scores. As a dedicated fan of filmtracks.com and filmmusicmedia.com, I am deeply indebted to those sites and their creators for helping push me ahead on this process and serving as the inspiration for Movie Music Mania, my own lovechild. It is in the dead of summer right now and the amount of time I have at hand to dedicate to this site is ample but not unlimited. Thus, I hope to make the most of my time and get this site up and running with a few reviews in the coming weeks.
